My questions

Some people may think I ask too many questions.
According to my mother....
my first word was "why" and
my first sentence was "What's that?"
I was a toddler when I took apart the family stereo,
just to see how it worked.
They never got it back together.
And, that stereo today is a good reminder for me.
I don't want to tear things apart or deconstruct
so much that I lose sight of what it was.
Maybe it is time to read a different book.

If your looking for book I know a good one! :)

Matthew 7:11
7"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
9"Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!

Psalm 55:22
Cast your cares on the LORD
and he will sustain you;
he will never let the righteous fall.

1 Peter 5:5-7
...God opposes the proud
but gives grace to the humble." 6Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

I don't think that you must ask God for healing. The most important thing is that we don't fool ourselves into the mindset that we can "handle it" ourselves, or "I got this one". There should be no part of our lives that is not submitted before our loving, kind, merciful, sovereign Father.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in ALL your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

(emphasis on "All" is mine :)
